1. The tutorials, scripts and demos of rodis.com.au are free to use for personal and non-commercial purpose.
2. For our tutorial demo purpose we may use third-party resources, please give importance to the licenses of third-party resources.
3. Please don’t re-publish our tutorials, scripts, demos, and downloaded ZIP files in any manner. Also please don’t link our tutorials or scripts ZIP file. If you want to link our tutorial page please contact us.
4. If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you may not distribute the modified material.
5. Don’t attempt to change, add, remove, hack or otherwise interfere with rodis.com.au website or any content displayed on rodis.com.au website.

Membership Terms of Service

rodis.com.au allows you to access certain premium features or content in exchange for a one-time or recurring fee, as applicable (the “Member Services”). Your transactions and any other use of the Member Services are subject to these Rodis Membership Terms of Service (“Membership Terms of Service”). By using a Member Service, you agree to (1) these Membership Terms of Service; and (2) Rodis Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Rules, and all other terms and conditions that generally apply to the rodis.com.au website (all of these together are the “Terms”). Please read the Terms carefully. If you don’t understand them or don’t accept any part of them, then you’re not allowed to use the Member Services.

Fees. Subscription fees for the Membership Service is a one-time fee currently. The payment term may be changed in the future without any notice, as described in the course the of transaction.

Payment. rodis.com.au accepts payment via the current payment method indicated at the time of purchase, which may include credit card, debit card, and any other form of payment that we make available to you from time to time. You agree to abide by any relevant Terms of Service or other legal agreement whether with Rodis, Stripe, PayPal, or another third party, that governs your use of a given payment processing method.

Cancellations and Refunds. You can’t cancel your Membership Service after subscription. If you purchase a subscription to Membership Service that automatically renews without any prior notice or confirmation. Rodis will not liable to refund the membership fee after the subscription.

Restrictions. When you use the Membership Service, you may not (or attempt to):
* use any part of the Membership Service in an illegal manner or for any illegal purpose;
* share your Rodis account password with someone else to allow them to access any part of the Membership Service that such person did not order;
* copy, sell, rent, or sublicense the Membership Service to any third party;
* circumvent, reverse-engineer, modify, disable, or otherwise tamper with any security technology that Rodis or any third-party uses to protect the Membership Services or encourage or help anyone else to do so;

Changes or Discontinuation of Member Services. Rodis reserves the right to change the availability of Member Services. In addition, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Membership Service without notice to you and we will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modifications, suspension, or termination.

Changes to the Membership Terms of Service. We may change these Membership Terms of Service from time to time without any prior notice. If you refuse to accept the updated Membership Terms of Service then Rodis reserves its right to discontinue your use of the Member Services.

Rodis Terms & Conditions - Part 2

1. Overview
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Rodis ("we", "us", "our"), an Australian-based online reputation management and content removal company. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

2. Services
Rodis provides professional content removal and online reputation management services. Our primary service involves the identification, reporting, and removal of harmful, defamatory, fake, or unwanted reviews, posts, and other online content from platforms including but not limited to Google, Facebook, Glassdoor, TripAdvisor, TikTok, and other review and social media platforms.

3. No Win, No Fee
Rodis operates on a no win, no fee basis. This means you are only required to pay the agreed service fee once the targeted content has been successfully removed or de-indexed from the relevant platform. If we are unable to achieve the removal, no fee is charged. The fee becomes payable upon confirmation that the content has been taken down to the agreed-upon standard.

4. Payment Terms
Upon successful removal of the targeted content, we will issue an invoice for the agreed fee. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, and other methods as communicated at the time of engagement. Late payments may incur additional fees as permitted by Australian law.

5. Client Obligations
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information regarding the content you wish to have removed. You confirm that your request for content removal is made in good faith and does not seek to suppress legitimate, truthful, or lawful content. You must cooperate with our team by providing any necessary documentation or verification to support the removal process.

6. No Guarantee of Permanent Removal While we make every effort to achieve permanent content removal, we cannot guarantee that removed content will not be re-posted by third parties or re-indexed by search engines at a later date. Our obligation is fulfilled once the content has been successfully removed or de-indexed as agreed. Should content reappear, additional services may be engaged at a separate fee.

7. Confidentiality
All information shared between you and Rodis is treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your personal details, case specifics, or any sensitive information to third parties unless required by law or with your express consent. Our team adheres to strict data protection standards in compliance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rodis's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities.

9. Cancellation
You may cancel your engagement with us at any time prior to the successful removal of the targeted content, at no cost under our no win, no fee policy. If content has already been successfully removed at the time of cancellation, the agreed fee remains payable in full.

10. Intellectual Property
All proprietary methods, strategies, tools, and processes used by Rodis in the course of providing our services remain our exclusive intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or reverse-engineer any aspect of our service delivery without prior written consent.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
