                These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Rodis ("we",
                "us", "our"), an Australian-based digital marketing and online reputation management company.
                By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

                Rodis provides professional digital marketing services including but not limited to:

                    <li>Website Design & Development</li>

                    <li>Google Business Profile Creation & Verification</li>
                    <li>Online Reputation Management</li>
                    <li>Google Review Removal</li>
                    <li>Facebook Review Removal</li>
                    <li>Trustpilot Review Removal</li>
                    <li>TripAdvisor Review Removal</li>
                    <li>Software Development</li>
                    <li>Other online marketing services.</li>
                </ul>

                <b>3. No Win, No Fee</b><br>
                Rodis operates on a No Win, No Fee basis for eligible review removal services. You are only
                required to pay the agreed service fee once the targeted content has been successfully removed
                or de-indexed from the relevant platform. If we are unable to achieve the agreed outcome, no
                fee is payable.

                <b>4. Payment Terms</b><br>
                Upon successful completion of the agreed service, we will issue an invoice for the agreed fee.
                Payment is due within fourteen (14) days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
                We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card and other approved payment methods.

                <b>5. Client Obligations</b><br>
                You agree to provide accurate information relating to your project or content removal request.
                You must cooperate with Rodis and provide any documents or verification reasonably required to
                complete the service.

                <b>6. No Guarantee of Permanent Removal</b><br>
                While we make every reasonable effort to achieve permanent removal of online content, we cannot
                guarantee that removed content will never be re-posted, republished or re-indexed by third
                parties or search engines. Any future removal requests may incur additional fees.

                <b>7. SEO Disclaimer</b><br>
                Search engine rankings are influenced by many factors outside our control. Although we use
                industry best practices, Rodis does not guarantee first-page rankings, specific keyword
                positions or increases in traffic or sales.

                <b>8. Confidentiality</b><br>
                All information shared between you and Rodis will be treated as confidential unless disclosure
                is required by law or authorised by you.

                <b>9. Limitation of Liability</b><br>
                To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Rodis's total liability shall not exceed the
                amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Rodis shall not be liable for
                indirect, incidental or consequential damages including loss of revenue, profits or business.

                <b>10. Cancellation</b><br>
                You may cancel your engagement with us at any time before work has been successfully completed,
                subject to any written agreement between the parties. If work has already been completed or the
                agreed result achieved, the agreed fee remains payable.

                <b>11. Intellectual Property</b><br>
                All proprietary methods, SEO strategies, software, graphics, source code, systems, reports and
                documentation produced by Rodis remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in
                writing.

                <b>12. Governing Law</b><br>
                These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising out of
                these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

                <b>13. Changes to These Terms</b><br>
                We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this
                page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
